Description:
This mixed tenure residential development, adjacent to Elder Park in Govan, was undertaken in partnership with Elderpark Housing Association.
The elevations were designed to create a hybrid between urban and suburban housing, and a strong connection between inside and out. The development now provides a combination of 108 houses and apartments including 34 units for private sale, 15 units for shared equity ‘Homestake’ and 59 units for social rent.
