Description
This is a highly visible and prominent development forming a ‘gateway’ to Govan Town Centre along the Govan Road from Glasgow City Centre. The development will be designed to be sympathetic to the surrounding historic buildings but retain a striking contemporary feel consistent to its highly public location on the main road.

The development consists of a key, freestanding five storey block set in a new, small, public square with possible commercial space at ground level and a mix of flats and houses with private gardens to the remaining areas.

The new accommodation provides 79 units and with both private sale (36 units) and social rented
accommodation (36 units). It is the intention this mixed tenure project contributes to the vibrancy, regeneration and sustainability of the Govan area.
