CCG, as a member of the City Legacy consortium, have been responsible for building 237 houses using Modern Methods of Construction, achieving this within a remarkably short build period of 15 months.
This development set and achieved specific design objectives, including a 60% carbon reduction on 2007 levels, and under compliance with 2013 building regulations – an industry first. Using CCG Off-Site Manufacturing, a typical terrace of 8 townhouses was erected in just 10 days.
